Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for VAIGAI HEALTH FOUNDATION through “Razorpay Online Payment Gateway/Pages” and/or “UPI Pay” and/or “Bank Account Transfers” and/or “Debit/Credit Card” present or linked in our official website https://www.vaigaihealthfoundation.org are as under:

1. Any request for cancellations and refund of online/offline donations once duly placed on/through the website https://www.vaigaihealthfoundation.org or via/through the Links/Payment Pages/Bank Account Details/UPI QR Code provided in our website https://www.vaigaihealthfoundation.org shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online/offline donation. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.

3. No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online/offline donations through the Online Payment Gateway/Pages or UPI Payment System or Bank Deposit after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers or UPI Payment System Provider or our Non-Profit Organization’s Current Account unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers or UPI Payment System Provider or our Non-Profit Organization’s Banking System where our Non-Profit Organization’s Current A/c is present.
